Michael Hill International (MHI) is a jewellery chain that operates across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States as Michael Hill Jeweller and Emma & Roe. Founded in 1979 and re-platformed onto Commerce Cloud in late 2013, Michael Hill have experienced significant growth on the Commerce Cloud platform and continue to utilise their new digital commerce capabilities to engage existing and new customers, and drive revenue for the business.

Michael Hill was initially launched in four regions and has enjoyed continued success and significant growth, launching Emma & Roe and increasing their overall revenue by 88% since launch leveraging the power of the Commerce Cloud platform.
